Rossi Residence

The Rossi's are building their dream home.  Functioning as their own general contractor, they faced the formidable task of interviewing and hiring each of the specialty trade contractors to make the home a reality.  They chose Premium Steel to supply and erect a super-insulated structure.

They called upon Clark & Company to install their energy-efficient doors and windows, which were MW Mira products.  The windows and doors were properly installed and integrated into the weather-resistive barrier (WRB), using self-adhering flashing membrane, caulk, and housewrap.  The space between the rough-opening and jamb was insulated with expanding foam.

Next, Clark & Company installed the prefinished siding, which was a combination of lap, shake, and trim from LP SmartSide.

The homeowners also chose to delegate to Clark & Company many of the tasks that are usually handled by the general contractor's crew.  This included things like Change Orders, modifications, and all of the other tasks that often "fall through the cracks".

The Clark & Company crew is currently installing custom trimwork throughout the house.  After producing many of the components in their millwork shop, the crew began installing interior doors, casing, pediments, cove-lighting trays, crown moulding, and baseboard.
